Before we begin our adventure, please take a moment to review this IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Meeting Point: To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at 9:20 am for morning tours or 2:15 pm for afternoon tours. We allow a 5-minute grace period for any unforeseen delays. Refund Policy: As a small business, we are unable to provide refunds if you arrive late or cannot attend the tour. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Essential Details: - Minimum Height Requirement: The minimum height for participants is 150 cm (5 feet). If you do not meet this requirement, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. - Physical Fitness: You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be in good health. Expect to cycle approximately 12 kilometers over 3 hours. - Sustainability: In line with our commitment to being plastic-free, we do not provide plastic water bottles. We recommend bringing a reusable bottle, as there are plenty of water refill points throughout the city. - Bike Riding Confidence: It's essential to be comfortable and confident riding a bike. If you're not, it may not be the best time to join. Accidents can happen, and you are responsible for your actions and behavior. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any incidents.
